In this year's symposium, panel members will discuss the role technology plays in providing opportunities for some diverse communities, helps some groups more easily find common ground and creates difficulties for other groups. The panel will also discuss what changes and adaptation an institution must make in order help its diverse member succeed and create an inclusive environment that makes the most of everyone's talents. Finally, the panel will address what adaptations individuals from diverse communities need to make - if any - in order to help serve the needs and goals of the institutions.
